Rigid arm power-assisted manipulator system generally consists of four major parts: rail traveling system, manipulator mainframe, fixture part and pneumatic control system.

The rail system adopts double-row C-type aluminum alloy rail and mobile platform trolley to ensure the equipment moves smoothly on the high-precision rail.The C-type rail is made of imported materials with excellent strength and durability. The non-metallic rollers are made of wear-resistant nylon material, which prolongs the service life.

The flexible design of the main body of the manipulator can realize the gravity balance of the material and move the load accurately. No matter empty, full or handling different workpieces, the system can sense the weight change and keep the load floating in three-dimensional space, which is convenient for accurate positioning. It has full counterbalance and smooth movement, and the operator can easily perform handling, positioning and assembly operations. The rigid arm goes over obstacles and the horizontal arm supports lateral entry and exit of materials.

The manipulator always keeps its head level to enhance operational efficiency. The joint brake has multiple slewing joints to provide a wide range of material pick and place, and the operator can pause the movement at any time. The gripper section is integrated into the main unit for easy two-handed operation, and the control panel is ergonomically designed for ease of operation and emergency handling.

The pneumatic control system is equipped with a component protection box to protect precision pneumatic components from accidental impact and dust. The system layout follows Toyota AMS standard for easy maintenance. In addition, the equipped diameters, check valves and storage tanks ensure a constant and stable supply of compressed air, providing safety in the event of an air cut in the main air supply source and ensuring that the system has sufficient power to complete the operation or unload the workpiece.
