The drive trolley is mainly composed of three parts: friction wheel, trolley frame and gear motor (as shown in the figure on the right).
1. The friction wheel is 400mm in diameter, made of steel plate covered with rubber, which reduces or increases its friction with the rail by adjusting its compression force on the top surface inside the C-rail, so as to drive the crane to walk horizontally or vertically.
2. The trolley frame is composed of gear motor support plate, counterweight plate, guide wheel and compression mechanism.
3. Equipped with SEW WA series gear motor, motor F class IP55.
